Where Did The Buyers Go?

According to MLS records, there have been only three closings since the first of June at Mission De Los Arroyos - and none since July 29th. In fact, as you can see in this report, as of October 1, 2005, there are 11 active MDLA listings - a far cry from the feeding frenzy we saw in April and May when buyers were virtually standing in line to buy our homes. So what happened? Where did all the buyers go?
