What a Difference A Year Makes!

Free markets have a way of balancing out.

Last year at the end of March there were less than 3,000 active listings on the Arizona Regional MLS. Today there are over 35,000 - from a "sellers' market" to a "buyers' market" in 12 months!

The good news is people are still in the market looking for homes - about 6,000 sold in February alone. Many of these buyers are people who waited - avoiding last year's frantic market - and are now taking the opportunity to sell their current home (at a price even higher than it was last year) and buy a home in this "buyers' market."
