A Message From Michael Par

As some of you probably know, since mid-February I've been experiencing significant health problems.  Even though my term on the Homeowners Association recently expired, I had planned to continue publishing this Market Report as long as I was able.  However, in recent days, it's become increasingly apparent that I'm unable to continue as I had hoped. 

I thought long and hard about my successor.  I wanted someone whose way of doing business was as much like mine as possible - effective marketing and attention to detail.  Phil Chadwick is such a person.  I met him while teaching real estate and he and I have worked closely since.  He's a real estate professional with an excellent record of listing and selling homes.  Most importantly, his approach to the business of real estate is just like mine.  I hope you enjoy working with Phil as much as I have.

I won't say goodbye, because I'll still be right here as usual, but I will say so long to my publishing and real estate responsibilities for now.
