 Home Sales and Values Still Holding Strong - Especially in Scottsdale

Economists predict home sales will probably remain strong for the rest of the year.  Along with strong sales, increases in property values are also projected. 

There are several reasons nationally:

• Interest rates are expected to remain relatively low into the fall of this year
• The recovering economy should improve incomes and home buying interest
• The "20-Something" generation is moving into "the home-formation stage" of life

In the Valley there are several reasons for this:

• Unemployment is down
• More and more people are moving here from other states
• People visit here for the great weather and decide to stay
