Fountain Hills

Fountain Hills calls itself "An Upscale Community with Hometown Character" and now boasts a population of almost 20,000 in the rolling hills on the east side of the McDowell Mountains overlooking Four Peaks, Red Mountain and the Tonto National Forest.
The town centerpiece is "The Fountain," a 560-foot man-made fountain in the middle of a picturesque 28-acre lake, park and charming restaurant and retail center. The tallest fountain in the world (according to the Guinness Book of Records) is lighted at night and can be seen for miles, as well as from commercial aircraft passing overhead.
Fountain Hills includes upscale communities such as Eagle Mountain, FireRock, and Sun Ridge Canyon, as well as the nationally recognized Copperwynd Resort and Spa. Premium view condominiums and homes in Fountain Hills range from the high $300s to over $4 million.
